Theatre breaks in London?

I want to catch the Lord of the rings show (seen it at Theatre Royal) and i want to know where the cheapest hotel to stay is near there? literally cheapest!!

Or alternatives?

You can get one night in a London hotel for free if you book a midweek theatre break for before March 14th. Can't get cheaper than that, and good seats too.
